Sherese Taylor is the Program Administrator of the Center for the Study of Africa and the African Diaspora. She obtained her Master of Arts in Sociology, with a focus on Environmental Sociology, at Howard University; and her Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Sherese has performed data analyses on projects associated the National Science Foundation and National Park Services, and has taught English to Afro Latinx students in Ecuador. She is published in Science, The London School of Economics History Blog, and in The Encyclopedia of African Cultural Heritage in North America.
