November 20, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
FREE
Governments are disappearing people at an alarming rate, often in conjunction with policies carried out in the name of repressing terrorism, organized crime, or plain political dissent. Join us for a timely discussion on recent developments in international law and accountability with one of the independent experts charged with monitoring human rights violations and reporting to the UN Human Rights Council.
